Windows has since provided the driver and I have installed it. However, when I try to print a document, I get an error message and the printer is put into error mode There is no information available as to the nature of the error or how to troubleshoot it that I can find. Leave the printer on and unplug the power cable from the printer and wall outlet for 60 seconds.
